Outstanding Indiana Music Educator
The IMEA Board of Directors has established an Outstanding Hoosier Musician Award designed to give recognition to an individual who has contributed to the advancement of music education in the state of Indiana, and who has contributed outstanding service to local, state, and national music organizations. The IMEA Board has also established an Outstanding Administrator Award and Outstanding Indiana Music Educator Award. The Outstanding Music Educator Award is designed to honor music educators in each of the following areas: Elementary; Middle School / Junior High; High School; and College / University. The awards will be given to those teachers who have exemplified outstanding achievement in the field of music education. |
